Our Plan Fees

$35 per month (first person)
$31.50 per month (spouse)
$17.50 per month each child (under 18, or 18-25 full time student and/or living in same household)

Payment can be made annually or per month. If you choose to pay per month there is a $2.50 billing charge per month, per person

Note: spouse is 10% less than first person on plan and children are 50% less.
